Shipping & Returns

  • Will my purchase be insured?

    All of our items are shipped 100% insured through UPS to ensure your piece arrives in perfect shape! This also means someone must be available to sign for the package when it arrives.

    • what type of shipping box will it arrive in?

      Your shipment will arrive in a typical UPS box. If you are buying a gift, you don’t have to worry about the surprise being ruined! 

    • do you offer expedited shipping?

      Most items are able to be expedited but some items, such as custom orders and personalized pieces, are not able to be expedited. These items will be marked appropriately.

    • how long does shipping take?

      After an order is placed, please allow 5-7 days for delivery if Standard Shipping is chosen. You may also upgrade your shipping to 2 Day or Overnight, but please be aware this does not include fulfillment time which is typically 1-3 business days. Custom orders and monogrammed pieces take longer to ship.

      All packages are shipped fully insured through UPS. If you would like expedited shipping, please note in checkout page.

    • do you ship internationally?

      Unfortunately, not at this time. Please check back in the future, as our policies may change.

    • How can I track my order?

      You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email after your order is placed. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please first check your spam folder. If you would like another email sent, please contact us at orders@heirlume.com. You can also log in to your account on Heirlume and click on your Account tab on the top right of the page.

    • What is your return policy?

      We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and the original jewelry tag is still in place. We are unable to accept returns after tag has been removed. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further clarification. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. To begin the return process, please visit our returns page. It is important to us that you have a positive shopping experience, so we cover the cost of shipping for returns.

    • What is your exchange policy?

      We want to make sure you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Because our stock is limited, exchanges are not automated. To exchange an item, follow the return process and then order the new item. We will cover the costs of shipping for all exchanges made within 14 days.

    • How can I make sure I get my purchase in time for Christmas?

      Many of our jewelry pieces are created individually for each customer, so they take a little extra time to be shipped to the customer. Please refer to the "Shipping and Returns" information on each product page to find out whether extra time is requires to create and ship the item. For personalized items, such as anything that's customized with a monogram or initial, the deadline for Christmas shipping is December 1, 2014. For items designated as "Last Minute Gifts," our shipping schedule for Christmas is as follows. To ensure you get your item by Christmas, the last day to ship an order for free (using UPS Ground Shipping) is Thursday, December 17, 2014. The last day to order to ship an item via Second Day Air is Saturday, December 20, 2014. The last day to ship using Overnight Shipping is Sunday, December 21, 2014. For items not on our "Last Minute Gifts" page, please refer to the Shipping and Retuns information on the product page, or contact us at support@heirlume.co to confirm shipping times.

  • How do I choose the right size for my significant other?

    We have created a handy sizing chart to help you choose the correct measurements, but we understand figuring out exact sizing (while keeping the gift a surprise) is never easy. If you have concerns, we suggest you use our live chat to ask one of our representatives to help you choose the best size or better yet, use our voting tool to poll your friends and family. Chances are, someone in your circle would know!

  • What is the quality of your jewelry?

    The jewelry featured on our website is classified as "fine jewelry" meaning the jewelry is made of precious metals such as real gold and set with precious or semi-precious stones. We do not carry any "costume jewelry" or jewelry made with imitation gems or metals unless otherwise noted.

  • What does it mean to wait-list an item?

    If the purchase option is listed as "wait-listed" this means the product is currently out of stock and our jewelry designers are quickly working to make new pieces available for you.
