If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will fully refund your order and pay for return shipping within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, please make sure the security tag is still attached to the piece of jewelry. Please fill out the form to the right and we will get back to you within two business days. We welcome all feedback, so please let us know the reason for your return so that we can improve!
How to Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The security tag must be attached; if removed, the item can not be returned. The return must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please fill out the form to the right or email email@example.com to request a refund.
2. We will send you a fully paid shipping label to return your item.
2. Mail your returned item using the provided shipping label through UPS.
3. Include in your package the original receipt and make sure to keep the security tag on the item.
4. Once the item is received and verified, the full payment will be refunded to you.
Some items cannot be returned due to their custom nature. These items include personalized pieces, custom orders and rings in a size other than a 6. Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We are unable to issue a return once the security tag has been removed from an item. For items purchased outside of the United States, we charge a $30 fee for returns.
